Training is generally conducted onsite by our UK services team, however at the customer's request and to be flexible we can present training as a live online web session.

The contract includes term license to use Qlik Data Integration software.
Support is included for the duration of the term. At the end of the term the customer can renew the agreement or stop using the service. If the service is terminated data will still reside on the customer's platform as no customer data is stored within the solution. However on termination all data replication tasks will stop. Offboarding is an easy process since no data is stored within the Qlik product so the customer simply stops using the software.

Each installation is configured to the users requirement. Users normally purchase training to become familiar with the product and a few days professional services to help get started. Guidance on best practice is also imparted. Once trained the user interface allows the user to configure and customise tasks as required.
