- How the planning service works
-
Our aim is to make data and insights from data accessible to all. To achieve this we work closely with the users of the data throughout our engagement.
We undertake a rapid discovery to ensure that we have a solid appreciation of the user needs, the business need, the available data, the data quality, the business capability and the business readiness to support the solution once built and deployed.
We then prepare the data, undertaking any data cleansing, remediation & enhancement necessary. We also prepare the skills transfer/capability development plans for the data capability that we will leave behind.
Once data is prepared we start development, utilising appropriate tooling. We develop using an agile approach, ensuing to evaluate/test the solution with the users throughout, routinely reviewing against the business objectives and gathering user-feedback.
Once developed and confirmed as meeting the user and business needs we deploy to an agreed location. At this stage we ensure that the data capability to maintain our model/solution has been firmly embedded within the organisation and that knowledge has been transitioned. - Planning service works with specific services

Fighting climate change
At Areti Group, we understand that caring for the environment is not just a responsibility but also an opportunity to make a positive impact on our planet and communities. We are committed to sustainability in all aspects of our operations, from reducing our carbon footprint to promoting eco-friendly practices among our clients and candidates.
As a remote workplace we demonstrate our commitment to the environment is through our office practices. We educate our employees on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and recycling initiatives to minimise our environmental impact at home. From using renewable energy sources to implementing paperless processes, we continuously seek ways to operate more sustainably and reduce our environmental footprint.
As a Bcorp pending company and a climate positive recruiter we ensure we give back to the environment more than we take out. Our planting policy in partnership with Ecologi keeps us on track of getting this balance right. We commit to planting 100 trees for every placement that we make, so our clients can rest assured that working with us has a positive impact on the environment.
So far we have planted 28,000 trees and funded 29 projects around the world. Our aim for 2024/25 is:
• Plant 45,000 Trees
• Fund 50 worldwide projects
• Focus on funding UK Projects
• Reduce our carbon footprint by 5%Tackling economic inequality
It is our mission to build a business that values people and the planet more than it does profit. At Areti Group we believe that as a business, we have a responsibility to give back and make a positive impact in the communities we serve. Through our community engagement initiatives, we strive to build meaningful relationships, address local needs, and create opportunities for collaboration and growth. We offer all employees 5 charity days per year to volunteer in their local community, we donate 6% of our annual profits to charity and partner with a local skin charity cancer to contribute towards raising awareness and early detection of skin cancer in the local community and schools.
Examples of how we have contributed to our local community:
• Contribution from skilled volunteers is widely underestimated for charitable organisations and can often have a greater impact than financial donations. In addition to our profit pledge, we offer all of our employees 5 fully paid days a year to work for charities of their choice and foster a deeper connection with the cause.
• In 2023, we aimed to raise £15,000 for charity donations but exceeded expectations, raising £24,000.
• Our environmental initiatives include planting over 27,000 trees, contributing significantly to carbon emission reduction, and volunteering 176 hours for community work, including beach cleaning.
• We extend our support to local sports and schools by providing additional coaching to football teams, donating kits to schools, and sponsoring 3 sports teams, fostering a sense of support and inclusivity within our community.
• Through social media, articles and thought leadership pieces we share industry and sustainability insight to help our clients and candidates build a stronger understanding of the critical influence sustainability and technology have on each other.Wellbeing
Ensuring employee well-being is not just a priority; it's a cornerstone of our company culture at Areti Group. We recognise that our employees are our greatest asset, and their physical, mental, and emotional well-being is paramount to their success and fulfilment in the workplace.
First and foremost, we prioritise open communication and foster a supportive environment where employees feel comfortable sharing their concerns and seeking help when needed. Additionally, we understand the importance of work-life balance which is why we are a fully remote workplace, allowing our employees to work from any location and at flexible times to work around their home lives.
Furthermore, we invest in initiatives and programs designed to promote health and wellness among our team members. From wellness workshops and fitness challenges, we provide comprehensive support to help employees prioritise their well-being.
Moreover, we believe in recognizing and celebrating the contributions of our employees. Whether it's through performance bonuses, employee appreciation events, or recognition programs, we ensure that their hard work and dedication are acknowledged and rewarded.
To strengthen our focus on employee wellbeing we have:
• Increased our paid primary and secondary caregiver leave for employees to maximise time with family
• We offer all employees unlimited holiday
• Provided a fully remote workplace to maximise flexibility
