End-of-contract data extraction
The data can be downloaded by the users from the platform and all data can be provided to the users in the format requested at the time of termination.
End-of-contract process
All data needs to be downloaded by the user and after contract end the data will be destroyed and saved as per regulatory requirements. If data is required to be transferred on tapes or any other mode, it will be done at an extra charge.
