Standard response under "Standard Success" offers 7am to 5.30pm support during the working week (Mon - Fri). Response time is within 2 working days. "Premier Success" offers 24 x 7 for standstill and critical issues. Response times under Premier Success is 1 hour for standstill, 2 hours for critical and for other problems - 6 hours. Only Premier Support offers weekend support.
