End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract unless otherwise notified by the customer within the cancellation period the contract will auto renew on an annual basis. There are no additional costs for termination and customers can extract data.

Provided by SAP - SAP SuccessFactors was designed and developed, from the outset, to be a highly scalable application. SuccessFactors also uses the concept of “PODS,” from a hardware perspective. A POD is a fault tolerant cluster of application & DB servers designed, as a scalable unit, to provide core processing and data storage services for fixed increment of customers.
