Support levels
GK provides a structured, tiered support approach for Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

First-level support is handled by trained super-users within the client organisation, providing immediate guidance and assistance for routine questions and issues. Second-level support is managed by GK, including technical troubleshooting, system configuration guidance, and process optimisation.

Third-level support is coordinated with Oracle, managing complex technical issues that require vendor intervention.

Support includes incident logging, monitoring, and proactive reporting, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and finance processes continue smoothly.

Our designated point of contact manages escalations, liaises with all stakeholders, and ensures continuity across finance, IT, and project teams. GK provides documentation, guidance, and hands-on assistance to maximise adoption and minimise disruption.
