Service scope

Service constraints
Our services are designed to be flexible and adaptable to a wide range of buyer requirements. Any constraints are typically driven by the buyer’s own environment, security policies, governance arrangements, or regulatory obligations rather than by the service itself.
Where specific delivery, access, security, or data-handling requirements apply, these will be agreed with the buyer during the call-off process and documented in the Call-Off Contract. There are no inherent constraints that would prevent the service from being delivered as described.

User support

Email or online ticketing support
Yes
Support response times
Support requests can be raised via email or an online ticketing system. During core business hours (09:00–17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), initial responses are typically provided within one business day.
At weekends and outside core hours, requests are monitored but response times may be longer unless an enhanced support arrangement has been agreed. Where buyers require faster response times or extended coverage, this can be defined at call-off stage through agreed service levels.

Standard support is included within baseline service pricing. Enhanced support options, such as extended hours, accelerated response times, or increased availability, are available at an additional cost and are agreed at call-off stage.
Where required, buyers may be provided with a named technical account manager or access to a dedicated cloud support engineer for coordination, escalation management, and service oversight, subject to the selected support level.
