Onboarding and offboarding
- Getting started
-
As part of the purchase of iCoPlan we will scope the onboarding wave with you, working out what configuration you need on the initial deployment. Essentially we are trying to build the MVP, or at least digitise the manual processes and systems you already have to a suitable level. At this point we will also build a backlog of changes to be made in the future. Once the commercial process has been completed, we will support the Buyer in downloading the accelerator through AppSource, we will complete the required configuration, then handover to the Buyer through our defined processes for Testing and Implementation. We can help the Buyer with Training, Knowledge sharing and many other elements of the onboarding wave is covered during this period.
There are trial environments and other discovery activities that can be completed to help the Buyer understand how the iCoPlan Accelerator plus configuration can meet their needs. - Service documentation

The optimisation contract is usually for 12 months, at the end of the agreement it simply expires, unless an agreement has been reached to extent it for a further year.
As the licence to the iCoPlan accelerator is a one off perpetual licence, there is no need for an ongoing contract with iCoTech.

Fighting climate change
iCoTech are promoting a number of initiatives that focus on our reduction of carbon emissions. Within any contract we would (If agreeable) request that all meetings are done remotely via Teams, thus reducing our carbon footprint for any engagement.
Furthermore iCoTech offer a Salary Sacrafice Scheme, so that our employees have access to electric cars. Already we have done over 200,000 miles on electric power! Further helping fight climate change as a business!
Finally, iCoTech have reduced our carbon footprint by reducing our office size, we have exited our large office in replacement for a much smaller office facility, which has massively reduced the energy consumption we have used as a business, plus reduced demand on public transport for our staff members now not having to commute into the office each day.Wellbeing
Employee Wellbeing - iCoTech already operate a remote working policy that allows all of our employee’s to work remotely if required. But also offers our collaborative working spaces to be available for all if required for mental health and social reasons. We focus heavily on self learning, promotion and awareness of Mental & Social Health activities across the business. iCoTech would be open to inviting team members of the Buyer to our next Employee Wellbeing event in iCoHub where we have coaches from across the world give insights into Mental & Social Health activities we then apply in our own lives.
Community Wellbeing – iCoTech participate in a number of charitable activities, most recently donating laptops to Llanishen High School in Cardiff where disadvantaged children could utilise this technology for their development. Hopefully inspiring more children, young adults to choose technology as a career in the future also. iCoTech would recommend a Community day is organised between the Buyer and iCoTech in a joint activity as a collaborative effort to support the local community.
