We respond to customer questions within four hours during normal UK business hours . Critical enquiries are responded to as soon as reasonably practicable.

We provide a 24/7 on-call service, with a dedicated staff member available to take urgent enquiries and mobilise forensic personnel. During weekends and public holidays, routine queries are responded to on the next working day, while critical issues are managed immediately via the on-call team.

We provide a single standard support level for all engagements, included in the service price at no additional cost.

Support includes scoping and planning with a named account manager who acts as the primary point of contact for scheduling, engagement management, and general enquiries. Technical support is provided by technical managers in our lab, who advise on collection methodology, evidence handling, and any procedural queries during delivery.

During active engagements, we provide ongoing communication, including updates on progress and significant findings. Critical issues are escalated immediately to technical managers, who coordinate rapid response and mobilisation of staff where required.

A separate cloud support engineer is not relevant to this service.
