How the planning service works
Spark and Grow is a light touch delivery designed for organisations that have limited time and teams deliver Workday. • Change Management and Day one Preparedness
o This looks at the Change and Enablement tools that are available through Spark and Grow and advises on any supplementary collateral or processes that a customer may need to put into place
• Data and Testing Workshops
o This outlines how best to prepare for the project data and test requirements
• Reporting and System Landscape Workshops

Quality assurance and performance testing

Quality assurance and performance testing service
Yes
How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Spark and Grow is delivered from a pre-built set of functionality which is pre-tested and works operationally straight from the off. Customer data is then added to this pre-configured tenant. This means that testing in this type of implementation is relatively light for a customer. One the stages of the delivery in Spark and Grow is ‘Check and Enable’. During the part of the project the customer will have an opportunity to check all data loaded to the Workday environment before it goes live and review the pre-built configuration. This ‘Check’ stage is supported with pre-prepared check scenarios provided by Kainos and upskilling enablement collateral to help the customer get up to speed.

Alongside this Kainos is widely regarded as the market leader for Workday testing. More than 300 Workday customers use Kainos Smart Test™, the award-winning and Workday-approved automated test product built exclusively for Workday. Smart Test enables customers to automatically test their Workday configuration during implementation. Smart Test is invaluable tool during post-deployment of Workday, ensuring that regression is not inadvertently introduced throughout the life of the project as new functionality is introduced, business as usual changes are made, as new versions of the Workday platform are released.
