- Talent provides comprehensive ITIL support services across levels 1-4. Covering basic user admin, through to level 4 providing complex engineering services. Support services are provided across phone, mail, ticketing and onsite. Costing for services are done on a case by case basis depending upon the required levels and service package. Talent also provide, a dedicated Account Manager free of charge who will be available Monday to Friday.
