At the end of a contract, CRM.COM provides customers with full access to export their data in common, machine-readable formats. Data extraction can be performed by authorised users via secure APIs or through the CRM.COM UI.
Customers can schedule or perform on-demand exports prior to contract termination. CRM.COM will also assist with data extraction through support channels during the offboarding period. For bespoke or large-volume data extraction needs, CRM.COM can provide assistance as part of the offboarding process.

-
Standard offboarding support, including guidance on data extraction and service closure, is included in the contract price. Once the contract ends and any agreed retention period expires, access to the service is removed and customer data is securely deleted in accordance with the CRM.COM SaaS Agreement and applicable data protection regulations.

Availability and resilience
- Guaranteed availability
-
CRM.COM provides a service availability commitment as defined in the CRM.COM SaaS Agreement. The platform is designed and operated to achieve 99.96% service availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside CRM.COM’s reasonable control.
If the guaranteed availability levels are not met, customers may be eligible for service credits, calculated and applied in accordance with the terms of the CRM.COM SaaS Agreement. - Approach to resilience
-
CRM.COM is designed as a resilient, cloud-native SaaS platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The service is built to tolerate component failures through redundancy, automated recovery and scalable infrastructure. Core services are deployed across multiple availability zones within the hosting region to reduce the impact of hardware or service outages.
The platform uses managed cloud services with built-in fault tolerance, monitoring and automated scaling to maintain performance during peak demand. Backups are performed regularly, and recovery procedures are in place to restore service in the event of data loss or system failure.
Availability and resilience are continuously monitored, with alerting and incident management processes aligned to the CRM.COM SLA. Planned maintenance is managed to minimise disruption. - Outage reporting
- Customers are notified of incidents and service disruptions via email alerts to designated contacts, with updates provided as more information becomes available. Outages and incidents are also communicated through the support ticketing system, allowing customers to track status and resolution progress. CRM.COM does not provide a public status dashboard or outage reporting API; incident communication is managed directly in line with the CRM.COM SLA and customer support processes.
