During this phase of a project the business requirements for integration, storage and retention will be discussed and agreed in detail. This will lead into a well-designed platform which meets the current and future business requirements. The design considers the key data management and retention requirement for both structured and unstructured data. Once the business requirements have been captured the OpenText Archiving and Document Access solution can be correctly designed. Proceed consultants deploy the SAP certified OpenText platform and integrate the solution within the customers existing SAP landscape. As the content storage solution becomes part of key business processes, it becomes a mission critical system which requires specific support and maintenance.
