Courses are delivered live by our own team of Data Scientists, either via Virtual remote classroom or In-Person at your premises. We also offer longer term mentoring programmes for more advanced users.

We do this in pre-sales and then move through to validate it during discovery with customers. Once discovery is complete, both parties are aligned to begin the cloud journey

Our training is typically done on the job, we do not have specific training for cloud hosting or software services, other than those relevant to Data Science on Azure.

These courses are split into two categories:

Technology Courses

These are related to using Advanced Analytics tools such as R and Python and also various other cloud technologies such as Hadoop, Microsoft Azure and Azure Machine Learning to name a few. We also undertake courses around best practices for teams that use these technologies.

Strategic Training

We run courses around the strategic implementation of Advanced Analytics and Data Science and how this combined with cloud implementations can add real value to an organisation. For example we run a workshop called the "Art of the Possible" which explores how organisations can really benefit from the use of Data Science techniques in their specific environment.

Our key goals are to support our clients in the setting up, deployment or migration of existing data ecosystems into the cloud with minimal business disruption and complete continuity of service. We have a fully structured migration and implementation process driven by highly qualified and experienced data experts. We strive to deliver projects based on a meticulous business change workstream that is seamless for your customers while ensuring your teams and partners can support the newly modernized Data ecosystem. Ascent will prepare detailed designs and plans that feed directly into migration and setup activities. We also have the skills and experience to design and implement the services outlined within the designs and plans. As the client, you will have the control over the level of setup and migration support you need during project implementation.
