- Me Learning's helpdesk operates Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm. Response times stand at 10-minutes or less. Tickets received by Me Learning's Helpdesk follow a categorisation procedure and are provided with either Level 1 support (Helpdesk) and/or Level 2 support (Senior Management) where required. Category 1: Unable to access SCORM files or run products. Category 2: Bug, or error, discovered that renders the content unusable. Category 3: Any other issues found within the product. Category 4: Any other general issue reported to the company.
