- Support levels

We provide a single, consistent level of support designed for professional and transformation services rather than tiered technical helpdesk models. Each client engagement includes a named Account Lead who acts as the primary point of contact for all communication, coordination and issue management. Clients can contact their Account Lead by email or telephone between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday (UK time). Queries are acknowledged within one working day, with progress updates or resolutions normally provided within two working days.
Support activities are included within our standard day rates and form part of our overall service delivery—there are no additional charges for routine support or issue resolution. Urgent matters are prioritised and escalated directly to the Delivery Director for immediate action where required.
We do not operate a separate “technical account manager” or “cloud support engineer” role; instead, the Account Lead performs these functions, ensuring clients receive expert guidance, continuity, and direct access to senior consultants familiar with their engagement and context.
