We offer comprehensive auditing of product and service accessibility against WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and legislation, and bespoke heuristics matrices. These audits are performed by a team of designers with a track record of expertise in accessible design.
We have found that accessibility assessment, quality assurance, and performance testing strongly benefits from the inclusion of individuals with lived experience of relevant conditions, providing performance metrics within the user's context. As a result, we have established a continually growing diverse network of advocacy and support groups, assisting with the recruitment of representative individuals for usability testing.
For each project, we tailor a bespoke research plan incorporating a range of appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods and recruit a representative group of users through our network. We have expertise in the use of a wide range of research methods, including: Interviews, Focus Groups, Unmoderated or Moderated Usability Testing (lab setting / field setting), A/B Testing, Diary Study, Contextual Inquiry, Direct Observation, Guerrilla Research, Survey, and many more.
By deploying appropriate research methodologies, we can provide comprehensive measures of quality and performance in real-world settings. Results are distilled into reports containing succinct, evidence-based, actionable insights.
