Footprint-IT provides a combined knowledge transfer and training services for system administrators on a 'Train-the-Trainer' basis, and we can also provide user training separately as well.

We have a first-rate understanding of the various technologies, suppliers, procurement routes and most importantly, challenges and lessons learned, which we will ensure are identified as part of our migration strategy.

We continually monitor the quality of our cloud hosting and cloud migration services we provide to you. We measure our services against an agreed set of deliverables, which we will report and agree with you at regular service management meetings to suit your requirements. Throughout the entire lifecycle of our service delivery, we provide our clients with robust, secure and scalable solutions to meet their needs. Footprint will perform QA & testing during the process spin-up and post go-live.

We measure the quality of the implementation through our extensive experience of the various technologies, best practices and baseline measurements from other services which we have delivered.

We also test the Cloud hosting provider(s) routinely to ensure they are also performing to the required standards.

Footprint-IT provides comprehensive service support including initial triage through to 4th line support problem solving and fault resolution, governed where required under pre-agreed KPI thresholds.

While the vast majority of queries/issues are resolved online, we will provide on-site support as well.

We are vendor agnostic and are able to support any cloud software service, whether it is hosted by the client or a cloud based web service.

Footprint-IT also provides a regular service management report which we will detail key risks and issues, taking ownership of resolving any service-derived issues.

We have not carried out specific assistive technology use testing, though we are aware that many customers of ours do have assistive technology users active on systems derived from our work with them.

Footprint-IT provides engineers and consultant resource to enable and support change and transformation through use of Data Engineering.

We support customer choices of cloud hosting and software, enabling customers with developing in the cloud using Data Migration best practices.

We also support customers in optimising their usage of data engineered tools at during implementation and in-life.

We tailor specific production level and support plans for each project we are engaged with. Normally, these will include P1 to P4 graded incident management, and are included in the overall project costings we provide, unless specifically required otherwise.

All projects are assigned technical account manager and support engineers, suitably empowered to manage and maintain a resilient service.

Related to ‘Fighting climate change’ we will focus on implementing effective measures to deliver any/all of the following benefits through the contract:
• MAC 4.1 Deliver additional environmental benefits in the performance of the contract including working towards net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.
• MAC 4.2 Influence staff, suppliers, customers, and communities through the delivery of the contract to support environmental protection and improvement which as part of our Social Value Commitment, this product offering will also be integrated into the company's Continuous Improvement Plan and will be scrutinised to identify, monitor, measure and achieve the MAC 4.2 measures.
