We scope the required testing based on the solution and client needs. We collaboratively work with your team to ensure a smooth transition through user and business acceptance testing and into production.
We provide full test planning and test completion reporting across functional and non-functional phases to give you confidence that your solution meets the agreed requirements. We also posses the expertise to deliver test automation and performance test frameworks in CI/CD pipelines.
The level of testing, tooling and phases will incur additional costs but will be fully transparent with agreed fixed price deliverables.

We use Jira Service Management for all support requests and we endeavour to respond to all requests within 24hrs where possible with clear priority and SLA definitions agreed in advance. Our team also work collaboratively via email and over MS Teams.
