Service scope

Service constraints
OnDemand is non‑contractual and indicative only; services are confirmed in formal agreements. Delivery is backlog‑driven and requires clear customer priorities and direction. Run Squad support applies only to environments delivered or supported by the Change Squad. Allocated monthly hours cap delivery; unused hours don’t guarantee rollover. The service does not provide ad‑hoc staffing or unmanaged break‑fix only support. Reduction of engagement tier requires notice, and access, tooling, and timely customer input are prerequisites for effective delivery.
