Setup and migration

Setup or migration service available
Yes
How the setup or migration service works
The process of cloud transformation commences with the systematic capture of business priorities, objectives, and requirements using standardized templates. Within the Migration Planning phase, Visionet utilizes the Cloud Studio Adoption Framework, aligning with industry best practices from Microsoft, AWS, or GCP, to assess business priorities, requirements, and application readiness. This framework aids in identifying the most suitable cloud adoption strategy, followed by the development of a Migration Plan that carefully considers application inter-dependencies and business roadmaps.
Furthermore, business priorities such as migration motivations, innovation incentives, and critical business events play a pivotal role in scheduling within the migration planning phase.
Subsequently, the Migration Plan is integrated into the Cloud Migration Factory (Cloud Studio) to facilitate scheduling, tracking, and automation of cloud migrations. This ensures the successful execution of the plan while leveraging reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts compatible across various cloud services.

Quality assurance and performance testing

Quality assurance and performance testing service
Yes
How the quality assurance and performance testing works
Visionet implements an innovative approach to quality assurance and performance testing.
Our process begins by capturing pre-Cloud profiles to facilitate performance and scalability testing for the target Cloud environment. Leveraging Cloud Studio, we capture pre-migration usage data and conduct comprehensive performance testing post-migration.
In addition, we conduct verification tests to ensure the functional integrity of the environment, addressing common migration pitfalls.
Upon migration, Visionet employs automated tools for load testing and Application Performance Management (APM).
Furthermore, our independent security team conducts scanning and probing tests to assess the security posture of the environment.
