- This service is primarily delivered remotely. On-site delivery can be provided where required, subject to agreement at call-off stage. The scope, scale and duration of delivery are defined per contract and depend on client requirements, availability of relevant stakeholders, access to data sources and systems, and timely provision of information required to support delivery.

- Support queries relating to the delivery engagement are handled during normal business hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Response expectations and any priority handling are agreed at call-off and aligned to the delivery plan and criticality of the request. Weekend support is not provided unless explicitly agreed at call-off stage.

- Support for this service is provided as part of the agreed delivery engagement and covers delivery coordination, clarification and issue resolution during the project lifecycle. There is no fixed tiered support model. Any support hours, coverage window, prioritisation and escalation approach are agreed with the buyer at call-off stage. If the buyer requires ongoing support and maintenance after delivery, this can be provided under Circyl Care (a separate support and maintenance agreement), with scope and coverage agreed at call-off.
