In the migration process we will also provide you documentation for your new way of working together with any training and handover documentation so that we can lead you to obtain the level of independence from a support provider, into one that fits in to your IT strategy.

Based on industry best practice Project Management Methodologies agreed with the client during project deliver. This would contain various deliverables and milestones that would be agreed by certain dates and templates. When delivering support, we will provide quality assurances by following standard ITIL best practices and if necessary setup an agreed process with the customer, so that the process to obtain assurance is clear by monitoring who is responsible, accountable, consulted and informed. Reports and an escalation mechanism is to be agreed on accordingly.

Following the implementation of an IBM Maximo system, we can either help to build internal client's teams competence to support the solution themselves. We might then offer an extended level of support, whereas we could act as a Level 2/3 support on any issues which the client team should wish to escalate. We can also provide any level of IBM Maximo support services for setups not configured by our team. We can also advice on a continual improvement plan on how to make the most of your IBM Maximo investment by adopting new modules or optimising their use.

Apart from our consultancy services, we can provide Level 1 to Level 3 support for an IBM Maximo Asset Management Solution as desired and required at the stage of our engagement and can be increased or decreased as required. Depending on the size and the number of calls being reported, we can provide a technical account manager, proper escalation paths to defined and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) depending upon the criticality of the solution within your organisation. We will also provide support during a new Project Implementation in terms of training the key users in parallel with the deployment being done, in order to build up a set of early adopters that will later on run and provide assistance to the rest of your team.
