As part of our Standard FoC Account Management function, customers will have a named Account Manager plus direct access to a board level Director and Britannic’s Head of Operations.
These people will all be available to interrogate MI alongside the customer at whatever cadence is deemed most appropriate.
Typically, for the initial project, we would expect daily interactions before falling to a more regular fortnightly, or monthly review schedule.
Depending on the customer’s appetite for engagement, we will offer split review sessions. One which is focussed on strategy, direction and project planning and a second which is focussed on Service Delivery Review. This second session will be the opportunity to interrogate MI generated in the previous period, identify trends in tickets or questions and understand areas in which processes could or should be improved. - Support available to third parties

Covid-19 recovery
In the lead up to and during the pandemic we quickly transitioned all of our customers to a remote footing, many of whom operate in sensitive sectors such as social housing. We did this at little to no cost to our customers. We continue to introduce and support solutions which allow organisations to operate efficiently in the post-pandemic world whilst ensuring that their users are not put under undue stress.
Internally we support a “task based” approach to work rather than “time based”, affording our people greater flexibility in their working patterns. We also advocate for such practices across our customer base.
The Company believes that a positive record as a conscientious employer, acting responsibly and with integrity, will enhance its reputation, contribute to its long-term financial success. - Tackling economic inequality
