How the planning service works
Intelibliss planning phases follows the ServiceNow's deployment methodology ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF) and ServiceNow Implementation Methodology (SIM).

The planning and analysis phases make up the requirements phase. We look at the expected tasks, degree of work, and resources required to complete the project during planning.

We identify the user stories that will be required to complete the solution. We define the project goals in terms of the system's functions and operations during analysis.

We analyse current capabilities and highlight the benefits and disadvantages if a system is already in place. This forms the basis of the requirements documentation.

Process testing to ensure tested functionality meets process requirements, System Integration Testing to construct an end-to-end solution, and support for the Customer's own UAT testing cycles are all examples of this. We advise using an Intelibliss supported customer-led UAT strategy.
As an outcome, the customer's comprehension and familiarity with the solution is accelerated, increasing ServiceNow's mean time to value. However, if necessary, we have extensive expertise and understanding of how to conduct these tasks.
