Web chat accessibility testing
We conduct regular accessibility testing with assistive technology users as part of our development process. Our testing programme includes sessions with users of screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), users who rely on keyboard-only navigation, users with motor impairments using switch devices, and users with low vision using screen magnification software. We partner with accessibility consultants who recruit participants with a range of disabilities for usability testing sessions. Feedback from these sessions directly informs our product roadmap. We also maintain an accessibility feedback channel where users can report any barriers they encounter. Our development team includes trained accessibility champions who review all changes before release, and we conduct automated accessibility scans as part of our continuous integration pipeline.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users can export all their data at any time through the platform's self-service export functionality. Data can be exported in standard open formats including CSV, JSON, and XML. AI models can be exported in portable formats where applicable. We provide a 30-day grace period after contract termination during which users retain full access to export their data. Our customer success team can assist with bulk exports and provide data migration support. All exported data is provided via secure download links or can be transferred to customer-specified secure storage. A comprehensive data manifest is included with all exports.
End-of-contract process
At contract end, included at no additional cost: 30-day data access grace period, self-service data export in standard formats, deletion confirmation certificate, and standard support during the transition period. Account access is disabled after the grace period, and all customer data is securely deleted within 90 days following our data retention policy. Optional services at additional cost include extended data retention beyond 30 days, assisted data migration to alternative platforms, custom export formats, and priority support during offboarding. What users can and can't do using the API
Our RESTful API enables programmatic access to all platform features. Users can create and configure AI models, upload training data, trigger model runs, and retrieve predictions. The API supports user management, webhook configuration for real-time notifications, and bulk data operations. Users can integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and applications. Rate limits apply based on subscription tier. Some administrative functions such as billing management and SSO configuration require the web interface. All API calls require authentication via API keys or OAuth 2.0 tokens.

Availability and resilience

Guaranteed availability
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for our platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which are communicated at least 72 hours in advance and typically occur during off-peak hours. If we fail to meet this SLA, customers receive service credits: 10% credit for availability between 99.0-99.9%, 25% credit for 95.0-99.0%, and 50% credit below 95.0%. Credits are applied to the following month's invoice upon request. Enterprise tier customers have access to enhanced SLAs with up to 99.99% availability guarantees.
Approach to resilience
Our platform is deployed across multiple availability zones with automatic failover capabilities. We use load balancing to distribute traffic and eliminate single points of failure. Data is replicated in real-time across geographically separate locations with automated backup systems. Our infrastructure auto-scales to handle demand spikes. We maintain hot standby systems that can take over within minutes of primary system failure. Regular disaster recovery testing ensures our business continuity plans are effective. Full details available under NDA upon request.
Outage reporting
We provide multiple channels for outage reporting. Our public status page (status.aiboost.io) displays real-time service health with historical uptime data. Customers can subscribe to email and SMS alerts for service disruptions. We also provide webhook notifications for integration with customer monitoring systems. A status API is available for programmatic access to service status. During incidents, we post regular updates until resolution and publish post-incident reports within 48 hours of major outages.
