Bulien has an internal QA & Performance Testing policy that has been developed over years of experience under various methodologies from Prince2 to Scrum.
Depending on the requirements of your organisation, we will undertake QA and performance testing as appropriate to the project. For a given program of work, we define the quality assurance and the associated acceptance criteria for the deliverables and outcomes. These are typically agreed with the customer depending on the nature of the scope. Performance testing is also defined as part of this scoping process, where we agree with the customer what the measures should be, how these are validated and the dependencies.

Bulien provide ongoing support designed to meet the specific requirements of the client. Our flexible banked time approach means that we can be as involved as required at an affordable rate. Clients only pay for the time they require support rather than paying for support as an insurance.
