We will evaluate your requirements, carrying out a full analysis, requirements capture and readiness assessment within a Discovery process involving an understanding of your technical infrastructure, services and business cultures.
We will bring financial control, business scale/agility, and risk management while focusing on delivery solutions to enable timely and successful deliverables. Secure digital services and products need to be continually maintained and delivered to meet market and business needs while retaining the required security classifications. Our planning specialists and subject matter experts in areas of Agile Discovery, Business Analysis, Technical and Security Design will create options for robust cloud and/or software services.
Migration
We will support you by advising, managing, and assuring the transition or migration to the Cloud or between Cloud Services. Working with the users, as part of the implementation process, our teams will make sure existing systems and workflows can be adequately migrated tailored to the customers infrastructure and technical cultures. We will identify any necessary differences to the Service Model, Processes, and Tools that may be required because of the transition or migration activity. The benefit of this process is that the difference between existing and to be cloud environments is achieved through minimal disruption.

Fighting climate change

Tetra Tech’s Sustainability Program aims to sustain business growth, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and foster an exceptional work environment while delivering better solutions for clients. The Sustainability Council coordinates and tracks the program, oversees an annual corporate Sustainability Report Card, and promotes best practices company-wide. Joining the United Nations Global Compact in 2018 strengthened our sustainability commitment.

Covid-19 recovery

We will perform activities that support the UK COVID-19 Recovery Plan across all of our projects:
