Performanta will work with your organisation to plan your Identity Management journey. We use a consultant-led approach to working with our clients; helping them to understand what is required, adopting best practice, and planning the design and delivery of the project.
We will help guide clients in stakeholder adoption of their identity management solution. This typically involves stakeholders from HR, IT and Security, as well as other key people depending upon the client sector (for example, Student Record in Education, etc).
We will run consultant-led design and planning sessions for all key people over a number of sessions, typically providing a high level plan for the overall engagment, before then drilling into the detail of the first phase or phases of implementation. Output from this activity typically results in a High Level and Low Level Design - both being a 'working document' to some extent.
Planning is the key to project success, and we overlay our consultancy with highly skilled and experienced project management. This provides the oversight and continuity required to make the project successful. - Planning service works with specific services

Intervention: this builds upon the Assistance plan above, where we resolve problems you find with MIM for you.
Managed: with this service, we manage your MIM estate and perform daily checks to ensure service health and availability. Coupled with regular health checks, patching and general maintenance, this service provides a great service where you don't have/need dedicated MIM resources in-house.
