  At Exalto Consulting we are committed to reducing our impact on the wider environment through both our own activities and those of our suppliers. We have committed to reaching net zero by 2030. We have started the initial process using Ecologi to measure our footprint and offset some of our carbon emissions.   We pride ourselves on being actively engaged in the wider community and are passionate about helping young people find their way to great future careers. Some examples of previous initiatives we have been involved in include: Running mock interviews at local schools to help prepare students for the wider world outside of education. Tech Green Challenge - leading project teams of school students, to help them design and pitch ideas for a new app focused on solving sustainable issues. Giving CV writing and interview preparation workshops in Universities. Presenting employability skills workshops for students who have completed AI and Cyber bootcamps. Taking part in career focussed panel discussions and talks in schools.
