Support levels
Support Centre - provides answers to questions. 'Google like' search engine searches the knowledge base a to find possible answers to your question. If you cannot find an answer in the free Support Centre service, you can log a ticket with Timewatch Professional Services.

Support Tab - from here customers can access our Professional Services team directly for personal assistance in any area including: training, consultancy, implementation advice etc. With the exception of software faults that require developer assistance, professional services time is chargeable, so to ensure customers don't miss out on any free answers in the Support Centre, the Services system does a background search of the Support Centre and if there are answers it 'slides' out a list of possible documents to assist the user.

Software Faults - are very rare, but they do happen, so when a customer logs a ticket as a suspected software fault. We automatically allocate a Consultant, Trainer or a Developer to investigate and resolve it.

As SaaS Timewatch maintain and look after all the servers and no internal IT support should be required.

Full consultancy and training services are provided to help implement the solution. These are normally delivered via MS Teams or similar tool in bite size sessions of 1 - 2 hours. We can provide service onsite at additional cost.

End-of-contract data extraction
Through file download or Timewatch can provide a SQL database extract. All services of this nature would be chargeable.
End-of-contract process
Whilst there are funds on account full access to the system functionality is provided. Clients can access to download their data or with Timewatch paid services assistance. After termination Timewatch will delete all data within 30 days.
