Avanade’s Cloud Strategy, Assessment, and Roadmap services create tailored, cloud migration roadmaps and determine the way an organisation will operate in the future. Cloud migration feasibility study services plan and prepare the migration program. How the training service works
Avanade understands that a consistent and thorough training and performance support program is critical to the success of any large-scale transformation projects, including cloud services, because it enables end-users to build proficiency with the new system quickly. Avanade will develop a Training Strategy and Plan that will serve as a foundation for designing, developing and delivering training.

We intend to leverage our Avanade Delivery Framework (ADF) to design and plan the End User Training and Support. Training materials could be simple, or they could be very involved in dealing with multi-week curricula and the creation of an ongoing end-user training program for existing and new users.

The delivery strategy will be a mix of classroom, paper, computer (standalone), web/Internet/server (virtual classroom), satellite, on-the-job training, performance simulation, end-user support, knowledge management systems, and so on. The delivery strategy should also consider current training tools and technologies, bandwidth and architecture characteristics, end-user desktop specifications, firewall and security requirements, and so on. The cost of the delivery effort (classrooms, printing, additional computers, participant travel) is estimated as part of the program.
