How the support service works
Adaptavist provides a complete suite of managed services, based on ITIL and agile methodologies. Adaptavist can provide hosting with various levels of service, or provide an "augmented support" overlay on a client's own support infrastructure. Adaptavist can not only provide service desk and troubleshooting capabilities under an SLA, but also planned upgrades, training, or other professional services at a consistent and flexible schedule. Adaptavist has an easy to call off "Assist" and Assist+ which is a proposition that provides a higher level of strategic support for Atlassian, AWS, Azure and other DevOps tooling. A deep relationship between client and partners is formed such that we are perceived as the trusted advisor for the long term.
A spin-off add-on for this service, is an optional package for "Trauma Support" at off-peak hours. An escalation service to allow the customer to contact an expert during emergencies. Adaptavist is an expert in the systems and their design, and in the intricacies a managed service / ALM offering
