Service scope

Service constraints
Services are primarily delivered remotely from our 24/7/365 UK-based SOC; we do not outsource or offshore operations. While virtual support and visits to our SOC are included, on-site attendance at customer locations may incur additional travel costs. The solution relies on Check Point's and KnowBe4's SaaS platform for management. DLP, Archiving, Leaked Credentials, Security Training (Check Point's Harmony Email and Collaboration), and DMARC are available modules. KnowBe4 will require scoping for the full feature requirements to provide a bespoke package

Support levels
SEP2 provides a single, comprehensive support level for the Wingman EDR service. We do not operate a traditional tiered support methodology; instead, we deliver unlimited and unrestricted 24/7/365 support to all customers. This includes direct access to our UK-based Security Operations Centre (SOC) analysts and engineers without navigating through non-technical helpdesk layers. All support costs are fully inclusive within the service being provided. BASIC, STANDARD and ENHANCED support packages are available for organisations that require light assistance to a more robust and complete managed service.
