How the planning service works
The output of this assessment will provide a high-level design document for any workloads that have been identified for migration to public cloud.

The output will provide timeline for any proposed work along with any hardware, licenses on on-premise systems that have been identified.

Network WAN / LAN services will be reviewed for the current configuration and any proposed changes.

Applications will be assessed on the basses for dependences and migration recommendations. The applications will not be review for functionality or business value.

Server workloads will be assessed with application dependencies mapped and hosting costs provided for any workloads that are suggested for cloud hosting.

Estimated costs will be provided with a scope of works and any assumptions that have been made. Any risks will also be highlighted.
