Planning service
Yes
How the planning service works
We will work with you to understand your existing joiner, mover and leaver (JML) processes, how staff authentication into devices and applications and then how there permissions are controlled within those applications. Once we understand your current processes, the data and risks within different applications we will suggest changes to your processes and where technology solutions and integrations could improve your staff and managers experiences and reduce your risks.
Our review will focus on both small scale changes that can be implemented using existing solutions as well as where large benefits could be achieved with larger changes or implementation of technology based solutions. These changes will often be focused on bringing cloud solutions or other power user managed application in to closer alignment with on-prem solutions in terms of governance. We can also propose a roadmap of work to help you move away from perimeter based security linked to your network and devices to allow secure access to systems.

Fighting climate change

Redstone's key methods of fighting climate change are in our approach to facilities management and travel. We source our energy from solar panels installed at our offices and from a 100% green energy tariff. Our travel policy is to use public transport wherever practical to help reduce the impact of travel.

Tackling economic inequality

As a micro business that works alongside larger companies, SMEs and with a network of other micro businesses we seek to provide an engine for growth and entrepreneurship. By looking to use a network of collaboration when needed of other similar organisations we are supporting the growth in a resilient IT sector that provides best value to the public sector.

Equal opportunity

As a micro busiuness we strive to support equal opportunity but do not have well defined and formulated policies in this area.

Wellbeing

Redstone looks to support wellbeing with its workforce by supporting each member of its workforce with flexible working arrangements to allow them to manage their hours and productivity whilst delivering needed client outcomes. We support our team with access to equipment to support their physical wellbeing and encourage our employees to make time for themselves within the day.
