The tools provided are hosted on world-class cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, and accessed by any modern web browser.

Clients must supply a connection to the data source to support data quality improvement monitoring and reporting. ThinkTribal 7xData utilises a copy of your data to eliminate any risk to live operations.

Clients must provide ThinkTribal 7xData's team with access to the data copy environment.

• Remote assistance will be provided in-line with the above timescales dependent on the priority of the support request.
