BluestoneX supports businesses in planning their BTP adoption by conducting an Explore/Discovery phase to understand and document use cases. This phase includes a Design Thinking workshop to identify specific needs and assess the suitability of BluestoneX’s existing solutions for the business. A Design Document is created, detailing the applications, BTP services, and required architecture. BluestoneX then can facilitate a Proof of Concept (POC) stage, setting up and activating BTP services for applications, refining standard apps or building new ones as needed, and supporting deployment and testing. Feedback from the POC informs decisions on full rollout. BluestoneX’s approach ensures that the BTP services and architecture recommended are tailored to the unique requirements of each business, maximizing ROI and aligning with business goals.

Hosted BTP Environment: Bluestonex offers a Partner Managed Cloud (PMC) platform as a service, which includes provisioning, software accelerators, and design and innovation services & support. This service is hosted by SAP Hyper Scalers and can be managed by Bluestonex, including integration. Clients can choose from a list of Blueskyx Applications to add to their new Cloud UI, with support, innovation, design, training, and development days included as part of the innovation DNA

Client/Third-Party Hosted System: For systems hosted by clients or third parties, Bluestonex still provides a comprehensive set of services, including discovery, provisioning of new SAP BTP licenses, activation of services, development, deployment, and a managed services solution. This approach aims to quickly move clients to high value/ROI with an affordable monthly operating expense (OPEX) for innovation, using predefined service & software packages.

In both scenarios, Bluestonex ensures that the services are tailored to the infrastructure of the client, whether it’s a PMC or a third-party hosted environment, providing a seamless and efficient support experience
