Jumping Bean Training provides vendor-agnostic LMS implementation consultancy, including project management and integration support. We work with the contracting authority, LMS vendors and internal teams to plan delivery, oversee configuration, coordinate integrations (SSO, HR, reporting, etc), support testing and go-live readiness, and hand over into BAU operations.

- Client must provide timely access to stakeholders, vendor contacts and required environments. Delivery timelines depend on client governance, stakeholder availability and supplier schedules. Integration outcomes depend on third-party systems, data quality and vendor capability. On-site delivery is available by agreement; travel and expenses apply. Jumping Bean Training does not act as the contracting authority, manage the procurement portal, or make acceptance/award decisions. Custom integrations (e.g. apis) and data migration are excluded unless agreed separately.

Where issues require vendor action, we coordinate with the LMS supplier and client technical teams and maintain a clear record of actions and outcomes.

- Support levels are agreed at mobilisation based on project phase and criticality. Typical levels include: Standard (email/ticketing support during UK business hours), Enhanced (extended availability during key delivery periods such as testing and go-live), and Critical (time-sensitive support for agreed go-live windows and major incidents). Response targets and escalation routes are defined in the project support plan, including coordination with the LMS vendor and client technical teams where required.
