From apprenticeship programmes, creating new employment opportunities, and improving education and training. Our business has a social purpose at the heart of its organisational culture. We're committed to tackling economic inequality internally and externally through our products and services. Initiatives include: Prompt Payment - we're committed to paying suppliers on time. The majority of our suppliers receive payment within their payment terms or less than 30 days, whichever is the sooner. Apprenticeships - we offer a growing number of individuals the opportunity to move into the tech industry. Supported by the national apprenticeship scheme we also operate a skills development programme that pairs apprentices with a mentor to guide them.
