The Grayce Cloud Support Analyst Service means that our people can undertake a number of specific duties for cloud hosting and cloud software services, namely business analysis, planning, migration, testing, and deployment. Within the service and at each level you gain a Delivery Manager as standard. The Delivery Manager acts as a point of contact and to ensure performance levels meet and exceed requirements, offering another tier of quality assurance to our service.
