We provide 3 types of support through our retained consultancy model:
1. Incident - "Any event which is not part of the standard operation of a service and which causes or may cause an interruption to, or a reduction in, the quality of that service.”
2. Problem - "The unknown root cause of one or more existing or potential Incidents. Problems may sometimes be identified because of multiple Incidents that exhibit common symptoms. Problems can also be identified from a single significant Incident, indicative of a single error, for which the cause is unknown. Occasionally Problems will be identified well before any related Incidents occur.”
3. Request - "“A request from a User for information, or advice, or for a Standard Change or for Access to an IT Service. For example, to reset a password, or to provide standard IT Services for a new User. Service Requests are usually handled by a Service Desk, and do not require an RFC to be submitted.”
All are charged at the same rate.

We usually provide our solution to organisations in a state that is ready to go and for this we use professional service days. We can maintain it if required or we can train the organisations staff to maintain the product themselves.
Most of our solution is maintainable and extended through the use of JavaScript/HTML and CSS so web developers are normally the people who look after the development of the service.
We're happy for tech savvy organisations to take our product and extend it themselves - they can change the branding of the solution, amend existing functionality and add new functionality.
