For Severity 1, 2,3,4, and 5 issues customers will contact Support via the Clinithink Support Portal at https://clixsupport.freshdesk.com/ . When an issue is reported by a customer, the Support team will respond to the customer within the time designated in the agreed SLA. All clients will be provided a support contact and an escalation point. Standard support is provided 9:00 to 17:00 UK Monday to Friday excluding public holidays

These documents are part of a suite of documents covering privacy and security within Clinithink.
