There is one level of support. Support is provided through the managed service desk providing a first line of support which consists of dedicated service desk team members. System Consultants and Technical Consultants supplement the service desk offering where configuration is unique to the client.

In addition to the service desk all clients have a dedicated implementation lead and then a specific account manager.

An implementation plan is agreed that covers record configuration; data migration; dashboard and report creation; alert configuration; user permission settings and online admin and end user training. Implementation and training is supported by online videos, system documentation and online implementation progress meetings.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users are able to use the reporting and export features and/or the outgoing API to extract their data. Guidance by the service desk team is provided as required.
End-of-contract process
All data can be extracted via reports or the outgoing API. Data will be retained for a defined period unless specifically requested by the customer, upon which all customer data is deleted. There is no additional charge for this end of contract process and data deletion.

Information security policies and processes
The RSM IT Faculty have achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification and as such has an Information Security Policy in place which is reviewed at least annually. Guidance for all members of staff outlining the expected security activities and behaviours are addressed in the organisations terms and conditions of employment which are published on the Intranet. All staff whether permanent or temporary are aware of their obligations through agreeing to and signing their contracts of employment. In addition, acceptable use and IT policies are published within the staff handbook and on the intranet for ease of reference. Staff are also made aware of these policies during their initial induction. IT faculty staff as part of the ISO 27001 certification received Information Security staff presentations and a CBT to raise awareness and test their understanding.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority
