Support levels
We provide a single, business-hours support level delivered by an experienced Cloud Support Engineer (with access to senior consultancy input when needed). Support covers incident resolution, service requests, configuration guidance, and advice to maintain and improve your cloud services.

Support is charged at our published consultancy day rate (pro-rata where agreed). Rates are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of invoice. A working day is 7.5 hours, exclusive of travel and lunch. Support is provided Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, within normal office hours 09:00–17:00.

Travel and subsistence (including mileage) is included in the day rate for work within Bristol and is payable at the department’s standard travel and subsistence rates for work located outside Bristol.

Invoices are raised according to a mutually agreed Milestone Payment Plan and are payable within 30 days of receipt. Professional Indemnity Insurance is included in the day rate.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
