- Articulate Storyline 360 and Lectora are both world class digital content production solutions. We use them ourselves for the creation of stunning, engaging and effective e-learning. As such, we offer in-depth training on both, where delegates learn how to leverage the power of these tools within the context of the e-learning/eLearning courses (digital training content) they need to build. As well as teaching delegates how these tools work, the instructor will also discuss principles of accessibility, and how to make sure your digital training materials are both effective and engaging for learners. Our authoring tool trainers are all L&D professionals with vast experience of creating digital content professionally, and our training courses are extremely effective as a result. Each customer’s training course is different and designed around: The delegates’ previous experience with authoring tools, the delegates' day-to-day roles (their day jobs), any professionally design template we, or a third-party, may have created for them, the subject matter of the first project or projects, and the client's learning culture. Learning objectives and a course structure are always defined before the course runs, with the over-arching aim of upskilling your team and boosting your internal digital content production, whatever the starting point.

- By working with customers to increase their in-house digital training content (e-learning) creation capability, we are helping them move from traditional training to delivering training via the cloud. As we are hugely experienced developers of e-learning ourselves, we are perfectly placed and a very safe pair of hands to assist customers with this transition. Irrespective of a customer's specific requirements and/or learning culture, we are able to support them from the very beginning of this transition to deploying at least some training digitally/online. Our services range from advising on which authoring tool to use (we recommend both Articulate Storyline 360 and Lectora) to training them on how to create e-learning with these. We are also experts on the SCORM standard and can supply a SCORM-compliant LMS (LMS-X) for customers looking for a modern, robust platform for providing access to their digital training content.

Customers can telephone in or email the help-desk which operates on UK business days from 9 - 5pm, and if we are not able to help, technical issues with Articulate 360 and / or Lectora / CenarioVR are escalated to the vendors, Articulate Inc. and ELB Learning, respectively.

In recognition of the climate crisis and the threat - particularly to vulnerable communities this poses, Traineasy has pledged to become a Carbon Literate organisation by the end of 2024 and Net Zero by 2030. We have developed a suite of five climate change knowledge e-learning modules aligned with the Carbon Literacy Project's 'Carbon Literacy Knowledge (CLK) Framework', which are now available for customers as well as Traineasy staff, to work though as part of their Carbon Literacy training. To complement these, we have produced 12 additional e-learning modules that discuss ESG, sustainability and the circular economy. This 'Green Skills Curriculum' supports the UK governments Intervention E39: "Green skills courses targeted around ensuring we have the skilled workforce to achieve the government’s net zero and wider environmental ambitions." We will be adding further modules to our Green Skills library of e-learning courses throughout 2024 and 2025, all of which will be available for customers as well as Traineasy staff as a resource to help them develop the skills we will all need for a greener future.Tackling economic inequality
