Beginning with presales support to clearly define objectives and test requirements through to post engagement technical support to assist remediation and mitigation advice and advice on quick clarification areas or follow up queries post engagement. Any support services required outside of the proposed engagement such as additional consultancy are priced based upon the technical resource it requires and will be calculated based upon the amount of time required to deliver against a proposed consultancy engagement. All engagements are assigned a dedicated security consultant and security sales specialist account management resource to assist with project management, commercial negotiations and resource scheduling.
