Availability and resilience

Our target is to provide 99.5% service availability. Our effort and well-defined processes drive this endeavour. In the event of an ESET PROTECT Cloud service outage, endpoints remain secure and unaffected.

We have multiple server instances with redundancy and resilience built-in. We also have a managed disaster recovery plan.
