Stream shall provide the following associated services in accordance with good industry practice: Second level support (application errors, setup questions etc); Support on a UK ‘normal working day’ basis 8:30 am – 17:30 pm. For priority 1 issues which are Stream’s responsibility (excluding advice, integration, user issues etc.) Stream will respond as soon as possible outside of working hours. We provide an Implementation Manager and access to technical support staff during normal work hours.

Getting started
Stream has been built and designed for the web and for mobile. Both the back-office system and the mobile app look and feel like the apps and tools in common use, so anyone who can use a smartphone or a PC for basic tasks is able to get going, with minimal training required. Onsite training can be provided, as well as online webinars and screen sharing sessions (all of which can be recorded and provided as reference material). We typically provide users with access to video material on new and existing functionality. Onboarding guides are available online for drivers and our vehicle compliance module. A comprehensive knowledge base is also available online.

End-of-contract process

Access to Stream is delivered through a username and password and multi-factor authentication. Our password configuration policy stipulates that new passwords cannot be the same as the current, username or previous; must contain only letters a-z, A-Z and numbers 0-9; be at least 8 characters and contains at least 1 letter and 1 number. Passwords are salted and encrypted. Access to management interfaces & support is restricted by user defined roles during set up.

StreamTech takes data security extremely seriously. We are audited and certified to Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001. StreamTech has comprehensive information security policies and procedures covering data, privacy, hardware, servers, mobile phones and email. Policies also cover access controls, third party access, monitoring and data storage. We have a security committee who meet on a regular basis to review policies and procedures.
