Operational security

Configuration and change management standard
Supplier-defined controls
Configuration and change management approach
Committing deployments on Github,
Everything is contained within a Git repository, changes are then versioned.
Testing occurs before deployment, if tests pass then system is deployed.
Further testing occurs to determine that the service is bug free, the system can be rolled back to an earlier version if there are any bugs that hamper the system.

Vulnerability management approach
Assessment of potential threats is handled by the CTO - with alerts provided via Github and dedicated tech services.
Patches are then created and deployed ASAP, with software rolled back if necessary when vulnerabilities are detected.
Protective monitoring type
Undisclosed
Protective monitoring approach
CereProc runs testing on our software via Git to determine if any vulnerabilities or compromises are detected, this is before any changes are made to software.
If made aware of vulnerabilities in existing software, CereProc will immediately begin preparing fixes to correct the software and plug any holes, as well as discovering what was vulnerable and/or exposed due to the compromise.
Incident management type

Incident management approach
CereProc has a prewritten document for handling common incidents that occur with customers.
Users can report incidents through the website or via email, and will be forwarded to the correct staff to manage the incident, with reports written if required.
